The Bahrain Zoroastrian Association is a non-profit organisation registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, under Registration Number 43/C/DAC in accordance with the Law of Social and Cultural Societies and Clubs, Associations carrying on Youth and Sports Activities and Private Organizations, promulgated by legislative Decree number 21 of 1989, and it’s implementing Ministerial Orders.
Principal activities:
The Association is formed with the following objectives:
a) |
To maintain an “ARAMGAH” (Final Resting Place for Deceased) premises from the land donated by H.H. the Late Shaikh Salman Bin Hamed Al Khalifa, Ex-Amir of Bahrain for intering deceased Zoroastrians. (Land allotment ref. 704/1958 dated August 17, 1958). |
b) |
To foster greater mutual understanding and establish and maintain good relationships, goodwill, unity and friendship among Zoroastrians and other people residing in Bahrain. |
c) |
To safeguard and improve social and material welfare of Zoroastrians. |

The Association aims to achieve these objectives by the following methods: |
a) |
Hold periodical meetings, socials, picnics and get-together activities. |
b) |
Invite eminent personalities to speak on subjects of general interest. |
c) |
Publish and distribute member’s directories and newsletters subject to the permission of the concerned authorities (if required). |
